Research scolarships at UK Universities

THE LARGER PROJECT is to indentify opportunities for an Iranian Artist currently studying in Australia to obtain a scholarship to study at a UK uniiversity THIS MICRO PROJECT is to find the grant and scholar ship opportunities at the top ten universities AND THEN find researchers/academics in relevant study areas. There may be subsequent MICRO PROJECTS once this is complete. Steps involved in MICRO PROJECT ONE Identify top ten ranked Universities in Britain Identify and lists Grants and Scholarship information for international post-doctorate and post-graduate students. ONE SET OF INFORMATION FOR EACH UNI UNLESS SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED AT LEVEL OF FACULTY OR SCHOOL DELIVERABLES for MICRO PROJECT ONE links to grants and scholarships information. Estimated time to complete: 1-2 hours. MICRO PROJECT TWO Find one to two researchers/academics in each University working in one of the following three areas. A/ Visual art – STYLES satire cartoons, street art on TOPCS of refugees, migration, displacement AND/OR B/ Art History – especially STYLES Persian, Iranian, Middle Eastern art OR Political art, Cartooning, Street art AND/OR C/ Art theory – STYLES satire, politics, street art, classical Persian or Middle Eastern Art especially if on TOPICS of power, revolution, displacement, migration DELIVERABLES for MICRO PROJECT TWO contact details of identified researchers, Estimated time to complete: 2-4 hours.
