Prepare COMCheck Reports for Lighting Retrofits

I need assistance preparing COMCheck Reports for Lighting Retrofits on an ongoing basis. This requires entering lighting fixtures into the COMCheck software. Knowledge of modern lighting systems is an absolute must. As for pricing, I'm looking to pay on a graduated scale based upon the size of the building (e.g., $XXX for the first 25,000 SF of the building and $XXX for each additional 25,000 SF).
