I need to build what Mailchimp does for personal use. I can not afford Mailchimp. Having said that I can not afford Mailchimp , here are my requirements : 1) Configure SMTP server on Ubuntu(preferred) 2) Complete "guide" on how to set up this Ubuntu SMTP server online on a (preferred free, or as cheap as possible) web hosting service. 3) I have a list of subscribed email base (~5000), whom I will need to send weekly mails. (~40000 mails/ month). 4) Complete guidance on how to remain off the being marked as SPAM. 5) Guide on how to automate the process and NOT put every one in CC, but send e-mail individually "To: user".

I am using phplist for this purpose and all your requirement can be fulfill using your own host . well I recommend you to select a centos 64 bit os on digital ocean , then install phplist on it . this way you can send unlimited mails to your list . also bounce back can be handle on server for cleaning of invalid subscriber.I can configure all this for in this bid price . Hi Dear , I got your problem, I have my own developed application in PHP for bulk emails sending without putting in CC . My Application takes email address from database and send email on the email address one by one . There is no use of cc and low rate for being spam . I am expert in data entry and I have multiple PCs with high speed internet connection . I am looking forward work together. Thanks
