Sort out email on new host using outlook 2019

I recently changed mail server hosts. I continue to have issues with accessing email. I need someone who can visit my web hosts ensure all settings are correct, then identify why there is any issue with using Outlook 2019 easily. This should all be simp[le but seem to not be. You should be VERY well versed in such work, any indication that any accepted bid is not fully skilled will result in termination of this project. So, you will understand how to setup a mailbox and how to apply it to Outlook 2019, then ensure it works properly. This may include saving existing mail by backup. You can do this by remote use of my base PC. At the end of the work it will be a simple task for any user I choose to be able to setup email on their copy of outlook 2019.
