Yes I do lot of such thing. My preference would be using STM32 if hardware is not designed it. It's cost effective and has got more power. 32 Bit MCU is always better than 8 bit when it comes with cheaper price. If my pricing suits your budget, please get in touch. My pricing is for product design based on STM32 as in that case I could reuse some of my codes for firmware side. Thanks
