I need software to operate arduino/Raspberry pi based underwater drone. Drone needs to live stream HD (at least 1080) over VDSL twisted pair or Cat 6. Wired and wireless networking, TCP/IP protocols expert knowledge required. FPV live streaming and remote control system design. Drone needs to display orientation, inclination, heading, speed, depth, moisture, temperature etc sensor data as well. Experience configuring electronic speed controllers with brushless dc motors using raspberry pi pwm servo hat or arduino shield equivalent. Ability to configure live feed encoding and compression for maximum bandwidth efficiency, minimum tether size and effective High Definition video transmission. This job requires expert knowledge of mechanical engineering, programming and electronics. Only people with verifiable past experience need apply.

Arduino coding in order for onboard Arduino to read onboard sensors and send data to be displayed remotely. See above for list of sensors.
Need calibration of Electronic Speed Controllers and their respective brushless dc motors. Need Arduino coding for remote game controller to operate thrusters. These are the thrusters that orient and move the drone. This code for operating them via game controller is free online.
Need Raspberry Pi expert to set up either HD embedded camera sensor or have rpi handle video feed from camera via 5ghz wifi and onwards to the beach via gigabit ethernet.
Need way to display live video feed on smartphone with sensor values overlaid on video. see my attachment.
I want to be able to use this code for multiple underwater drones just by changing the IP in the settings. The pay for the expert is $500, not $300.
