I have a signal that is full of noise when I extract its derivatives. Please refer to figure [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I want to reconstruct this signal again by taking its Hilbert transform and doing a smooth curve as close as to the original curves but could give derivatives without noise. please refer to figure [login to view URL] The key here is to construct a "new signal" as close as to the original one but could give derivatives free of noise, and no problem if your solution will do it in one step or through iterations. Please note, the algorithm should reconstruct the signal so that I can reach up to the 20th derivative. I prefer the algorithm to be in Matlab
