I have used Analog Device comparators when I was in a scope design company, with response in the order of picosecond, now the device in single unit costs about $10 and you have to scale down the input voltage with precision resistors.

Hi, Please share your complete project requirements(like supply voltage or your Gate side schematics). About us: We have 10 years of experience in Product development. Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4.
