Approximate the selected vehicle as a 1DOF system and analyse the system using theoretical calculations, Matlab commands/scripts and compare with a simulink model:
a) For free vibration.
b) For forced vibration.
c) The response of the vehicle to typical road surface and possible road conditions you may encounter when driving in your town.
d) Include in your Simulink model suitable non-linearity’s and write a paragraph and/or show how or if these will affect the previous analysis.
e) Expand on and discuss your results highlighting the findings from your analysis.
f) Include a conclusion to summarise the key findings and recommendations from the analysis.
