I want to charge 3 18650 lithium ion cells in parallel from a usb port. I want to power my project from either the internal batteries or an external power bank. I want to be able to charge the batteries while at the same time powering my project. I would like to track charge level, current draw and time remaining. The project will average 600 mA with surges up to 4A. The circuit shall protect from overcharge, overdischarge, and thermal protection.
