Typing and formatting an old thesis - part 1

I'm looking for the first part of my wife's doctoral thesis to be retyped as a Microsoft Word file. The scanned document is attached. (Unfortunately, the scanned thesis was not of high enough quality to use optical character recognition to automatically convert the printed document into a readable file.) The first part to be retyped and formatted will be 13,500 words in length. I am prepared to pay $US35 for it. This can be a 1-2 week project. I plan to post subsequent projects to complete the entire thesis (later parts also will be 13,500 words in length). The deliverable should be a Microsoft Word document in Times New Roman, 11 pt, and single spaced throughout. I would like any footnotes to be visible on the same page. Please proofread and spellcheck carefully! Will be glad to respond to questions.
