Need a Magento or Prestashop Plugin

You can develop the plugin in magento(1.x and 2.x) or in prestashop or in both if you’ve skill. We need both.
It will be a simple plugin. The php and woocommerce plugins are already developed.
Here is what we need-
In the shopping cart, after submitting the checkout page for order processing, the order detail will be sent to the plugin (which you’ll build) in the background (meaning the checkout page shouldn’t be refreshed). The plugin will send this info to a bank api (this api is already built and we’ll supply to you). The bank api will process the card and return success or failure message (so, you need to do anything here). You will then display that message to the checkout page.
