I have done similar project for myself before, was selling Amazon items at Ebay and have done it all automatically: scrape Amazon->create turbolister csv->use turbolister to list items ... later I've updated it to upload to eBay via API, so all prices would be updated as soon as prices at Amazon have changed. I'm not doing that anymore, but still have ebay account with lots of feedback - 7459 ( [login to view URL] ) I'll be happy to create an app per your requirements and later work with you to make it better.
