I need a privacy software for windows that can chain proxy through multiple proxies to to allow an app such as chrome or scrapebox or any other windows application to have anonymity. Budget $250 Please avoid those ridiculous bids that say 'i have done this several times before' lol. Cannot use "borrowed" DLLs and such, it is not a school project.
