We would like you to create a ASP or ASP.net web page that will
1. take input of a city city name and state or multiple city names and states separated by semicolon.
2. go to website in background and put in the city name one at a time and in the source of the resulting page you will find two things
a. a set of long and lat defining a polygon for the city name provided.
a: you will get those long and lat and put in a CSV file as one record in the following format
City Name, Sub City Name, Date Retrieved, State, Points of polygon (would be lat , long | next point....) one line per city
b. In the same original results page there will be a list of Sub Cities with links to those pages. you will go to those pages and collect those sub cities and put them in seperate CSV row entries but this time put the orignal city name in the field "City Name" and now the Sub City will go in "Sub City" and collect the polygon of long and lats that exist in those pages and put their data in.
Each long and lat point will be separated by a Pipe character.

To validate it is working I will want a KML file of a city and the sub city so I can validate the polygon is correct as output as well.
Straight forward scrape project. If you are interested I will provide the site url and you will need to verify you can do this before accepting project.
The ASP will NOT be a one time run. we will use this for many searches in future so must work for any city we type in.
