Desarrollo de Proyecto en React - Django -Python

I am looking for a developer who can help me with a project in React, Django and Python. The main function of the application is to provide a solution for managing contracts and operations for my business. The specific modules that I need to develop include contract management, operations management, and employee management. I am expecting the project to take more than 4 weeks to complete. Ideal candidates for this job should have experience in React, Django and Python, as well as a strong understanding of business management and operations.

El candidato será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar, probar e implementar aplicaciones web y móviles responsivas para la empresa. Este candidato será capaz de traducir las necesidades del usuario y del negocio en un diseño funcional y escalable.
Conocimientos básicos en desarrollo web como lo es HTML5, CSS, LESS además de haber desarrollado en:
Lenguajes: Python.
Frameworks: ReactJS, Django, Flask
Nubes: AWS, AZURE
Sistemas operativos: Windows desktop, Windows Server, Linux (Centos, Redhat, Ubuntu)
Repositorios: Git y Github
Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, BigQuery
Experiencia: 1 año de experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo de aplicaciones comerciales reales preferiblemente desarrolladas en equipos de trabajo implementando metodologías como: ágiles (SCRUM y Kanban), integración continua y de entrega continua.
Plus:
Desarrollo de aplicaciones enfocadas a microservicios
Uso de Airflow
DevOps: Docker y Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins
Responsabilidades
Diseñar, desarrollar, probar e implementar aplicaciones móviles y web
Construir código y bibliotecas reutilizables para su uso futuro
Traducir con precisión las necesidades del usuario y del negocio en un código frontend funcional
Dar soporte a aplicaciones en producción
Escritura de código eficiente, probable y bien diseñado mediante buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software
Realizar documentación Técnica y/o Funcional
habilidades:
1 año de experiencia en el desarrollo de frontend/backend (fullstack)
Inglés nivel intermedio
Trabajo en equipo, ganas de aprender y ser autodidacta
Manejo intermedio de Excel
