RMS is hiring our Director of Agency Public | Project Relations “Remote Independent Contractor” position. This is a Part-Time position, eventually moving into a Full-Time position as more customers enroll with RMS. Candidate will lead initiatives to generate, engage, and manage the “New Business Development” endeavors, to build new business for RMS. Candidate must have an Entrepreneurial Mind-Set; only understanding, that Self-Awareness, Accountability, and Strong Communications and Leadership is an absolute requirement for this position.

Daily Roles | Responsibilities: Monday thru Friday - 8am to 5pm EST

1.) Sales | Public Relations - Perform Sales Calls & Enroll Customers

2.) Sales | Public Relations | Quality Control Operations - Assist the RMS Executive Team with:

**Creating, Enhancing and Improving Sales Procedures | Protocols

**Creating, Enhancing and Improving Quality Control Assurance Procedures | Protocols

**Creating, Enhancing and Improving RMS’ Business Strategy, Model and Revenue Projections

**Creating, Enhancing and Improving RMS’ Customer Journey Protocols

**Creating, Enhancing and Improving RMS’ Process: Stages | Steps with Developing and Implementing Projects

3.) Department Management - Manage Sales | Public Relations | Quality Control Operations:

**Recruitment (Hire | Onboard | Train) Department Personnel | Network Partners | Vendors.

**Manage (Consult | Guide | Mentor) Department Personnel | Network Partners | Vendors.

Required Agency Experience | Skill-set - Having “Agency Sales | Public Relations | Quality Control” Insight, Candidate MUST Understand These Industry Services:

**Project & Product Management - Agile and/or Scrum

**IT Server Solutions - Hosting and Server Solutions

**Content Writing

**Design & Development - UX & UI | PHP | WordPress | WooCommerce

**Software Applications

**Digital & Programmatic Marketing

Qualifications:

** Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent

** Minimum of 8-Years’ "Agency Public | Project Relation Operations Experience"

** Knowledge how to Develop and Implement a Successful "Customer Project | Product Strategy Solution"

** Strong "English" Communication Skills

** Strong Team and Quality Management Experience | Skill-Set

** Strong Industry Knowledge of Digital Agency CRM Platforms (SEMrush | Hubspot | Yext)

Compensation & Benefits:

**Sales | Customer Relations - Compensated Every 2nd & 4th Friday of the Monthly - $30.00 (USD) per Hour

**Enrollment Bonus - Paid Upon Enrollment - $25.00 (USD) per Enrollment

**Profit Sharing (Commission) - Paid Upon Enrollment - $1.00 (USD) per Hour on ALL RMS Project Billable Hours
