Moving company creating a form for easy excel sheet data entry and calculation for invoice and employees pay. Can use application like zoho creator. On the form, 3 sections required. section1: Invoice data: invoice #, hourly rate, number hours worked, additional fee charged. tax and total. section2: employee pay: drop down menu to select name of the worker on the job. worker#1, using pre-set hourly wage, additional pay based on additional fee caculation, to caculate total pay for worker #2 worker #2, worker #3 ...etc. (when creating each mover's profile, I should be able to set particular mover's wage, additional pay, tips % and such. this calculation will be used to calculate his actual pay when invoice charges are input) section 3: total (section 1 minus section 2) Reporting: I should be able to have a report for total invoices, total pay for employees and individual employee pay in a month.
