Relational Schema Needed for SQL 2017 DB

I want a relational schema created for my database. It has to be completed with the management studio for SQL Server 2017. It has to look and feel similar to the attached relational schema; mine is not as complex as the one attached but I expect it to be very easily readable like the attached file. All column names must be readable. All boxes should be the same size. Boxes should be stacked. Lines for relationships must meet expecations; see the attached file. I must be 100% satisified with the result. Comment 'schema guru' in your bid so I know you read this entire description. I will be hiring somebody today for this project.
