Help me design a database

Hi I am very interested in your project and would like to know more. For background, I am a full-time, freelance developer with over 25 years experience of building bespoke solutions. I am now based in Germany but spent all my working life up until recently in the UK. I am proficient in Visual Basic in all its flavours (VB6, VBA, VB .NET) and work with clients in a variety of countries. I use LogMeIn Rescue and Teamviewer to interact remotely with my clients both for installation/bug fixing and for training. I am available on Sk ype as well as normal telephones. I am also competent in SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services and Crystal Reports. I have extensive experience in database design, as my profile screenshots will demonstrate.
