Aussie Database

1) Design a database - names, emails, phones, addresses etc - maybe up to 15 fields 2) Over time this database will have 5000 - 20000 clients, so need to be able to add new clients as obtained 3) I will be emailing to these clients on a regular basis, some monthly, come quarterly, some yearly and some on a anniversary 4) Need the database to link to some sort of calendar to see say when a anniversary of a particular event is due - ie say a outlook calender 5) If want to send out a bulk email to some of these in the database, need to be able to tag & then use a email program 6) With the emails, need to grab the first names of the client to personalise the emails.
