Need a large set of design images batch processed through Photoshop Smart Objects and actions to render preview images for art prints

I have a set of 500 different art design files that I need to have batch processed through Photoshop templates with Smart Objects to create the preview images for the items. These designs will eventually be printed out for wall art. The templates are background images of rooms and settings with framed-art Smart Object placeholders. The templates have already been created and completely set up. The only reason I can't do this project myself is because I don't own a copy of Photoshop! You should own a recent version of Photoshop, CS5 or later. You must have direct experience relating to this project. You must be able to manipulate the individual Smart Objects, layers, and actions within Photoshop, as the templates contain a variety of sizes and styles of art frames. You must also be able to batch-process the renderings. There are approximately 500 design files and 20 different possible backgrounds/variations to render them in. So there will be a maximum of 10,000 total images needed with an estimated total filesize of about 5GB. I have a Google Drive account you can upload/download the images to. There will be a lot of files to create, but I've organized the documents pretty clearly so it shouldn't be too difficult to manage.
