Merge CSV files into one Master CSV file.

Currently I have a list of sales results for racehorses that I need merged into one major file. The sales results are for racehorses sold in Australia from 2014. There are two main types of csv files that need to be imported into the master spreadsheet and each has slightly different column headings. I will include the master spreadsheet - the columns will need to be matched for each imported csv... (You will notice that the file with 'MM' in each year will be the different ones.)
