I was a virtual assistant to an Australian company and what I mostly do is create Invoices for all employees using MYOB AccountRight, process time sheets, entering data to CRM, reconciling files, formatting cv's and upload to Jobadder, responding messages to LinkedIn and scheduling meetings using Outlook calender. I was also a data entry specialist for almost 2 years and a customer service representative (inbound/outbound calls and emails) to a US mobile company. First, I have years experience handling several eCommerce store in Southeast Asia (Lazada) and currently working as Customer Service Representative with French eCommerce. I have advanced knowledge on how to handle your walk-in customers and handle their inquiries and helping them troubleshoot problem while shopping on your shop.
