Data Entry Specialist

The Global Infrastructure Business Operations Team focuses on providing timely business support to the GI team. We work closely with global vendors as well as internal Nouscom teams. We are looking for a detail oriented Data Entry Specialist to maintain the quality and accuracy of our Sales force financial data. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail to lead our Sales force data entry initiatives. Responsibilities Input, validate, and maintain accurate financial data in Sales force Maintain and validate data quality through ongoing data audits and re mediate process gaps that contribute to bad data Proactively identify dirty data, and consult with team members to identify cleanup resolution Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry Requirements Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of related work experience 1+ year(s) of experience with Sales force Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Bonus Points Understanding of Internet Networks is a plus Finance experience Perks Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance 401(k) Maternity & Parental Leave Flexible PTO Commuter Benefits Amazon Employee Discount We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Twitch.
