$3 per hour and 10 cents per contacts means 30 contacts per hour = 2 minutes per contact. I've worked a lot on these type of projects and if you really want authentic data then you can't expect a person to be able to do online searching on multiple websites and get all contact info for a particular contact within 2 minutes. In my experience of working over 10+ large scale projects and 50+ small scale ones, I can tell you that you need to give a time frame of about 5 minutes per contact to get authentic data. 5 minutes per contact means 12 contacts per hour and working 8 hours per day that is 96 contacts per day ~ 100 contacts per day per person. If you need faster work, I can get 2 more people to work on it in which you can then get ~300 contacts per day with good quality and authentic data. I am willing to do this project with you at 10 cents per contact, which will be 1500 USD for 15,000 contacts. But hourly will not be as appealing because I can't run the hourly tracker on three people's computer at once. Thus, if you're wiling to do it we can do it as a one time fee project. I will give you as many contacts as you want per day with authentic data for a daily milestone release. So for example, for 300 contacts per day it is $30 USD per day. We can change/discuss these terms over chat if you want. BTW, I'm a 4+ years experienced data entry and data extraction specialist who can give you the best quality work you can find on Freelancer.
