I need an expert in Visual Basic to create Macros in order to automate tasks in Excel.
We are feeding patient information via an online form provider (formstack) into a spreadsheet. We need a macro to know when a new entry has been pushed from formstack into the spreadsheet and then build a report (see ‘patient report’ in the attached spreadsheet). The macro will need to automatically take the new patient (medicare number and doctor name) and search existing sheet to see if that patient exists:
If patient does not exist macro needs to build ‘patient report’ based on data from that entry and automatically send pdf to designated email address
If patient does exist, macro needs to build ‘patient report’ based on all data for that patient and automatically send pdf to designated email address
In addition, it we need a macro to be built that can perform the above task on data that we have already collected (so build of patient report is not be triggered by new entry but performed on batch of pre-existing data).
