Large indoor vertical farm is looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper/receptionist. Requirements: -Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and customer focused skills -Ability to multitask -Must be motivated, energetic and have a positive attitude -Minimum 3 years experience with Quickbooks and knowledge of basic bookkeeping -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) -Organized and detail oriented -High school or equivalent education Bookkeeping duties include, but not limited to: -reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements -process weekly accounts payable -monitor company financials -perform general accounting duties Receptionist duties include, but not limited to: -greet clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner -maintain office with attention to lobby, reception area and conference rooms -shipping and receiving packages -monitor office supply inventory -other administrative tasks as assigned Room to grow into a full time position for the right candidate!
