Find US hospital contacts in Washington

Find 2 contacts for each hospital listed in the attached spreadsheet by searching on search engines or looking on the hospital websites. We need the contact's first name, last name, email address, phone number, title. Each contact should be put in a separate row into the excel sheet provided. Include the website source so that we can check for quality. We will pay for the percentage of contacts that you successfully find. So for example, if you could only find 90% of the contacts, we'll pay 90% of the agreed upon price for the project. All contacts must have the EDUCATION or STAFF DEVELOPMENT or CME (Continuing Medical Education) or PATIENT CARE in their title. We will ONLY accept entries that include these titles. If you find more than 2 contacts for each hospitals with those titles, we'll compensate you another $0.15 for each additional contact. We'll take as many contacts as you can find with those titles. But make sure that they are close variations of the keywords that are listed. For example, for "VP/director of Education", it could be be director of education, VP of education, VP of medical education, director of nursing education....something with the word education in it. All hospitals listed in the spreadsheet are in these US states: Washington (WA). Incase you find multiple hospitals with the same names, please only look for hospitals in Washington. Tip: If you know the name of the contact you're looking for, and you know the url of the hospital's website, you can do a google search for "FirstName LastName @[login to view URL]". When you see the search results page, do a control+find for the @ symbol to highlight all the email addresses on that search results page. You should be able to see that contact's email address there 50%+ of the time.
