Hi guys, My name is Thomas and I work from Sydney, Australia. I currently work as a designer but this project caught my eye since I previously worked for an IT company in their customer service department. I was dealing with french and english speaking users (Canadians, French, Belgians, Americans and Algerians). I was working on livechat with 3 simultaneous chat and I was completing 100 chats - 200 chats a day (7 hours shift).
