We are currently looking for someone who can help us engage with our customers and handle customer service. Your job will be to engage with people through email and live chat. (It would be preferred that the applicant has prior experience using Gorgias or Zendesk.) We are looking for people who are genuine and will not condone to inappropriate behavior. Skills You Need: - a good understanding e-commerce and how it works - fluency in English - an authentic, outgoing personality - knowledge on skincare products is preferred What You Will Do: - you will respond to our customers via email and Live Chat - you will send us a daily report on customers

My role then was to document data given by the customer and respond to clients’ inquiries via Zendesk and inbound phone calls. This data included credit card details, the number of orders made by the customers, refunds and track orders using United States Postal Services. My experience with a cable company called Altice making outbound calls to prospective clients will be a great asset in the position.
