We are after a customer service agent to join our expanding team! Do you love providing top quality fast customer support? We are now hiring and looking for someone to join our team at $2 AUD per hour. (Long term work will be provided.) Responsibilities: - Answer incoming & make out going calls (Fast internet connection) - Ensuring a high level of Customer Service standards are met at all time in a professional manner - Ad hoc duties - Ability to manage email, phone and live chat in conjunction with one another Key Requirements: - Experience working in a call centre environment - A hard-working attitude and a team player - Excellent English skills required - Basic understanding of creating eBay listings and working on WordPress / woo-commerce. (Training available) - Fast learner - Problem solve - Focused & dedicated - Self-motivated - Honest
