Wordpress responsive dashboard notifications 1 page and its design

We want to add a responsive dashboard page to our existing wordpress web site with the following notifications to the front end for each user with the same exact attached design as well , also a little function to the backend to notify all users or specific user for any thing we want . **In the right side of the page the following should be display for each user : Account information ( name , email , Registered Date , account role , account status , Numbers of Referrals for affliatewp plugin , number of unpaid invoices , number of trading accounts has been added already to his account , button for add new trading account and referral link shortcode . ( we already implemented most of these by a plugin ) but need to complete them and design it professionally . **In the left side the following should be display for each user : Account activity : - when the user adding new trading accounts - if filled by user , or submitted by admin , or status changed or refused by admin for some reason ( we are already using gravity forms + custom code for the users adding account form that we want to display these notifications for ) when new invoices is paid or waiting to be paid , with a link to pay for the user to pay the invoice ( we are already using woocommerce ) - When money is deposited in user account wallet . -when any tickets created or replied by both parties admin and the logged in user ( we are already using awesome support ) -when referral opens an account with us ( we are already using affilliatewp ) -when comission is released ( we are already using affilliatewp+woocommerce integration ) **Admin side : - we need to be able to send notifications in the account acitivity left side for all users or specific user Design mock up is attached to the project uploads . Please we want very professional work with out any errors and we need the same exact design , we don't want unprofessional work any how with very good price
