ZOHO Enterprise edition customization for Commercial Real Estate

I am looking for a Freelancer that can customize ZOHO for my purposes. This would be an ongoing relationship.
Set up a process to upload data from a excel file. Set up a process to Mail Merge for letters and emails.
I would be interested in hearing about successful improvements to ZOHO that could help my business to grow.
I would like to have a number of changes done to my ZOHO CRM. Frankly there are probably too many to list specifically. To begin with, I'd like to be able to easily send a Mail Merge letter that I would print and mail from here.
Also, I think that there is a way for me to email or text a hyperlink that would allow someone to add or correct their contact information in my database.
