[C++ required]Custom Indicator for Stock Trader

I am looking for someone who is able to code a simple custom indicator for platform called SierraChart. It is basically a rework of an existing indicator. Will give more details in chat.

OVERVIEW: Simply, I need to take the numbers bar and adjust it a little, so that it won't close every 2 minutes and start building a new one. Instead, there will be constantly a numbers bar consisting of 2 minutes. When new tick comes in, the oldest tick goes away - creating a continuous numbers bar capped at 2 minutes. (Same as timeframe)
