Create a C# wrapper Class for a c++ dll

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are C++ Programming and C#. I need somebody to create a c# wrapper class for my c++ lib. I will supply the c++ sdk and I am ok if you use swigwin/mono to generate it or I am open to dicuss solutions as speed is a metric for consideration. There are sample files, headers and extensive documentation in the sdk. Also I have a .net wrapper from a similar sdk. I am happy to pay a fixed priced.
The lib is the ([url removed, login to view] , [url removed, login to view]). There a couple of versions of the lib vc++ 10 & 9. I am only intrested in the 1 for 10 at this point. Or some guidance on the different versions
