Hi there,
I'm new here on freelancer and as such I am willing to do this work cheap. I have a large amount of experience with developing c++ applications and I have a fair bit of experience with raspberry pi's (I wrote python scripts, assembled hardware, and configured settings for an IoT research project using pi's).
If you take a chance on me I promise regular and thorough communication until we get this done.
Best,
Evan
