I have a great understanding and endless knowledge in the field of Health, Fitness and Nutrition! I have 7+ years of experience in weight lifting and nutrition along with a lifetime of living a sports person lifestyle - I play our native sport here in Ireland (GAA) at the highest level. This requires me to be in top notch shape both physically and mentally all year round - allowing me to practice what I preach! Also, I am currently assisting a friend in preparation for the Miami Pro Bodybuilding Competition in the United Kingdom at the end of October, so I have seen everything it takes to really transform your body whatever your goals - including workout plans, diet plans and supplementation, even taking into account the amount of sleep required for optimal muscle growth and health benefits. I am a native English speaker and I received top grades in English examinations, so my command of the language is flawless. I am more than capable of meeting any specified deadline.
