We are an offline media company expanding our projects online. We are looking for an experienced editor.
You will be managing a small team of 3-5 writers and achieve a small weekly content writing goal meeting our guideline.

• Managing and training the writing team by giving feedback initially.
• Editing, giving feedback and approving or rejecting writers content of your team
• Proofreading, editing or re-writing content after approving to meet the guideline
• Achieving weekly content creation goal consistency
• Communicating with graphics designer to make graphic for the blog post
• Optimizing content for search engines and maximum readably according to guideline
• Working with team leader to help with - set and understand the content goal for blog, create the blog style guide, determine types of writers needed, budget for hiring, or preparing other necessary documentation for content team
• Managing rewriting and content improvement project with other writers when needed
• Hire new writer when needed
• 2-3 years of editing, writing or content creation experience.
• Experience working as small team leader or manger
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our blog
• Excellent communication and organizing skills.
• Ability to meet deadline with consistency
