1. A freelancer bids on a project titled (100 articles) 500 words each for $250 US dollars. This freelancer then wins this bid, takes the same work and creates a project entitled article writers needed (500 words each) I will pay $1 each and all work must be done immediately. This person then tries to enslave other capable, native English speaking freelancers to do the work for them, which they cannot otherwise do, as they more than likely

A) do not speak English themselves and are really trying to make big bucks on the backs of others

B) do not really care about the work they bid on, they are just trying to make money by being a dishonest bidder

C) Will be those with standard bid proposals that almost always reads some standard BS like

"Being a platinum level expert Ezine author and having 4 years of writing expertise (articles, rewriting, blogs, ghostwriting etc), I am 100% confident that I can deliver you high quality, plagiarism free, seo friendly and error free articles within the earliest possible time and also at an affordable price. Please check my portfolio for samples and details."

Some crazy profile that seems to be very impossible, which clearly indicates that this person is a cheat such as the following

Expert in Finance,Accounts,Academic, and Article.I have a Team of Highly Qualified and Experienced Academic Writers,Financial Analysts and [url removed, login to view] are familiar with all referencing styles like APA,MLA, and [url removed, login to view] produce Top Notch Quality Work. Another thing freshers need to look out for are freelancers who pose as employers and post up projects, but when you bid on the project they as you to do a test. Please do not encourage this sort of behaviour from anyone. Do not get in the habit of allowing these people to make you do work for free. It is wrong! If they want a sample, refer them to your profile, refer them to your online work and upload work for them to see. If they have their own sample that they want you to write, ask them to release a milestone for the so called sample for which they what to see quality, of which otherwise could have been seen from your past work. These people may insist that their type of work is different from all other work you have done, do not fall for that pitch.

DO NOT accept projects before being clear on exactly what the deal entails. You should be clear on the amount of work, the timing and the money to be paid. If you bid on a project, make sure that you get the amount of money you bid for as a percentage of that total amount will be minus from your account. If the freelancer pays say 10 dollars and you bid 50, a percentage value of 50 and not 10 will be taken of your account which may be greater than the amount the freelancer actually pays.

DO NOT start any work without receiving a milestone payment first. And give a sample of the completed work, before releasing the actual document to the employer, as they may try to cheat you out of the milestone after they receive the work.

And for you employers, if you want articles written in plain a particular language, please I beg you please, look for people who are actually from countries where the language of this project is spoken. That way, you know that these people are in fact really going to write your article and they are not just some maniac with an agenda to make money of accepting bulk work and then passing it off as if they wrote your work with a genuine concern. do this and I assure you will get quality work every time.

And for you Freelancers, beware of employers who are please up until the moment they get a perfectly good copy and then suddenly, they want to dispute the milestone. fight it to the end!
