Convert a Legal Contract from PDF to Word - Correct Use of Text Styles

I have 40 Page Legal document in PDF format. I need it reformatted into MS Word (docx) format. You need to be aware of Legal number conventions and correct use of paragraph, headings and document numbering styles. You can cut and paste words from the PDF, but you will lose the formatting. The job is to take the text from the PDF and lay it out in the same format as the PDG but in Word - using proper styles - so I can continue to edit using styles to drive the TOC and number in the contract. You must be familar with the way Lawyers layout contract and use styles to help automate contract document creation and legal numbering system - you only have to copy what is done in the PDF, but set up and apply the correct styles and paragraph formats.
