construction consulting website

This is a website formed by 7 or 8 pages. Pages layout is pretty much the same. The web is to promote construction and consulting services. It explain to potential customers what we do and have to offer. I have the text for all pages. Photos related to construction are to be added not only to decorate the pages but also to give visual information on work with are offering. Website must be optimized for the search engines. I will supply several photos since many of them are from work we have done. I have a previous layout done in FrontPage. I can upload the code to you. However, it is not complete and may be improved. That's why I'm now hiring you. The new website should allow me to modify text and add or remove photos when a feel so. As soon as we have the page layout defined I want to review it before we go ahead. Payment is to be made when job is complete and accepted.
