I need to build a dashboard using Cognos, with an embedded d3 visualisation in it. Contractor MUST have experience building d3 visualizations and then know exactly how to embed them in Cognos 11.0.13. The Cognos platform is available on Azure to build and test in. Source data will be datasets, uploaded from the ERP via Framework Manager. All data modelling is done if FM and the datasets prepared for you - so you do not need to do any data modelling. Please see attached png for example of layout required. Additionally, we have some minor modifications to make to an existing d3 visualization for the same client. Details will be provided later. Further information on both tasks will be provided later.
