Job Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years direct hands-on implementation experience with NetSuite. • Full life-cycle ERP implementation experience • Strong business skills with experience in accounting, finance and operations. • Ability to complete data conversions, including interface design, integrations, reporting, and customizations. • Perform User Acceptance Testing to successfully validate application setup, configuration in accordance with project plan, requirements documentation and test plans. • Assess functional and technical gaps in system design. • Define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs. • Solid understanding of NetSuite Architecture and related technologies. • Strong technical and problem-solving skills. • Strong people and inter-personal skills. • Previous experience in a customer facing deployment role. Functional Skills and Certification: • Previous NetSuite implementation experience as an Administrator, Implementation Consultant or Solution Consultant. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field. • Previous ERP application implementation experience utilizing Cloud based technologies. • NetSuite Certification such as SuiteAnalytics, SuiteSucess, or Implementation Workflow.
