Need a windows application that will scan an answer sheet or use an image of an answer sheet and return the marked answers. Looking only for the basic application to detect the answers from image or scan. There is not database work at the phase. Detection accuracy needs to be 99.99%. I case of skewed answer sheet image, alert user to straiten page in front of camera to achieve the high accuracy.
