What we need:
Primary need:
A program made and running on windows, that can show my current selling products info, and link up with my suppliers live xml feed, this is mainly the stock, excluding vat price, including price and more(ill add more as we work on this)
So this program will fresh the data from my suppliers every x mistunes and update my products info, so I can see how much stock my supplier has at any given time.
This program will need to link up to our local amazon market place, that they provide an api that lets us update all the listed products, so for example, if on the marketplace, we say we have stock of 5 units of product XYZ( we don’t keep any stock so, we get an order in from the market place and then order from the supplier and then we deliver to the market place and then they deliver to the customer) and my supplier has 0 in stock that we can buy from then we need the program to automatically change that stock level from 5 to 0 so we don’t oversell.
Secondary need:
We want this system to link up to our WooCommerce website so that we can easily update all the different fields of each product, and the products on the prices on the WooCommerce needs to be different to the one on the marketplace.
Requirements:
we will need to have phone call and a TeamViewer session to show and explain how we work and what we need.
We will make full payment after 2 weeks of full testing without issues. So please accommodate this in your time frame to finish this program.
There needs to be understanding from the developer for revisions to happen and changes as we go along, not everything can be written down here.
