Peer to peer file transfer utility preferably with least dependencies & a complete solution compatible in .Net 2019. Requirements for this are with SSL, Connection and local directory monitoring for additions, changes & deletions. Client and server must be in sync in which conflicts are handled by first come-first serve and archived files. We need the capability for folders as well as files to be in sync between workstations with server remotely.
