Hello. This looks interesting. I have understood basics of application. Most probably it will be a web application where we have different stores with multiple items(having quantities). The application should frequently compare items quantity and will fill a form to transfer quantities from A(having high quantities) to B(having less quantities). There will be an interface where you(owner) can approve those form requests. My Question is that how you will assign quantities to each item initially or thereafter?
