Build a Novell Open Enterprise Server file metadata access library for C# .Net 4.5+

Require a library to allow me to interrogate OES Info and OES rights (owner and author at minimum) of documents residing on an OES server. Note interrogation will happen from a workstation NOT the server. Workstation has Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR3) installed and any code relying on the client must be compatible. Developer can assume that the library can use the current logged in context to access the electronic objects, no authentication required. Requirements: * Code should handle any OES exceptions * developer must have own development environment * Solution should be provided as Visual Studio project (VS2017 preferred) that can be easily imported into an existing solution * All attributes can be returned as strings * Minimum attributes required Owner (critical), Trustees, Authors, Last Saved By * Code must be well commented in English * Code must be compilable in 64bit
