IIS - Url rewrite and Reverse Proxy with code

IIS Server 2012 r2 - We want to rewrite URL to redirect to different port, based on HTTP_URL while preserving rest of URL and query string. For example, http://host/john - query should be redirected to http://host:1900/[login to view URL], http://host/paul - query should be redirected to http://host:1901/[login to view URL] http://host/sam - query should be redirected to http://host:1902/[login to view URL] IIS Application Request Routing (ARR) or the like to hide port numbers and true path in browser For example, http://host:1900/[login to view URL] should be displayed in the browser as http://host/john/[login to view URL] http://host:1901/[login to view URL] should be displayed in the browser as http://host/paul/[login to view URL] http://host:1902/[login to view URL] should be displayed in the browser as http://host/sam/[login to view URL] Address/make sure that if we are modifying the structure of the underlying URLs and the original layout in the servers we identify the correct relative paths for images, Stylesheets (css), javascripts and other resources etc. All sites should be redirected to SSL from Http and use the main servers certificate For example, http://host/sam should be redirected to https://host/sam/[login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Don't mind how we achieve the above if you have another solution for IIS but we will be generate/destroying the sites from code so we will need a c# solution for the above (we have the application we just need code snippets for the above my internal developers will test and confirm functionality).
